Quality Casinos exist and hopefully will continue to exist within the UK. As they have to deal with the new rules it ultimately means they have to change the experience for players, but as @Charlieace points out, it's possible to have Big wins; it's possible to win and have the money withdrawn and to walk away. We have already taken steps to remove people from the chat who have an agenda of their own or who are there to self-promote. However, if anyone (streamer or otherwise) wants to be part of the stream or the community then they are welcome. We are moving into a structure for the live streams where Wednesday is Wills day 😂... Where I get to do what I like. Then Fridays is a bonus hunt some of which will be live, and Sunday is as always Slot Suggestion Sunday. We are always going to have a lot of people asking for bonus buys, and I will admit that some are less relevant to UK players as the chance of hitting them in normal play is very low (I'm thinking the big Nolimit buys). However, most of the other bonuses - when bought, are just like the bonuses you might land yourself. We are just providing a shortcut to the content you want to see. Regard it like Bandits videos if you will, where he pioneered cutting to the bonuses. Because most people are playing slots for the bonus, and we realise that it might land 1st spin or might land after 3 hours, the bonus itself is always very relevant to everyone watching. Remember we are trying to entertain 😊. Anyway, I know @Colin m is a long term viewer and his comments are meant with the best of intentions. It's important to keep everyone up to date with where we are at with the videos and streams. It's also worth noting that the changes ot UK regulation make it even more important for my business to target markets outside of the UK (despite me being English), as this will ensure that I can continue to provide the content 😊

Any casino operating under UKGC rules is frightened for their license, so they over-play compliance. I'd imagine it can seem like they are trying to screw you out of cash, but the reality is, your cash is small fry in the scheme of things with such large businesses. It makes no sense for them to lose credibility (which is a big thing in the gambling industry) over a grand, when it could cost them many hundreds of thousands, should their reputation get tarnished. I'd pretty much trust any casino with a UKGC licensce, or an MGA one for that matter. Most times I hear of disputes, they are more to do with poor customer service, but that can also come from not addressing customer service staff properly, or not complying fully with what strict regulations demand of them. They are slaves to their compliance units, and there's not a customer service agent in the country who'll argue the toss with them. I get an occasional query from people who have an issue, and I've asked questions on their behalf on occasion. The result has always been the same, the T&C's have been broken, and a ruling made by the Casino compliance dept. If you find there's one you don't like, or that doesn't deal with you as quickly as you like, you can move to a multitude of other decent casinos. I've never had trouble withdrawing from any. I've triggered their need for verification & it's been slow at some sites (bigger ones oddly). I don't think it's down to anyone promoting them to be held responsible for a specific instance or a customer service issue. That's like holding a shopkeeper responsible for your Mars Bar having nuts in it. Bonus buys are probably a bad thing for the wider gambling commuity, as the vulnerable could find them damaging. I kinda see where UKGC came from there, but as a streamer, they save a serious lot of mundane spinning to make content, which takes up a serious amount of the day. When the auto spins disappear, I'll have some serious decisions to make regarding location.

So as per title should we be scared to play online with our money, all a see is people saying that online casinos won’t pay out and they are always asking for multiple I.D and bank statements for years etc especially if you have a big win it seems impossible to get your money out for some people they may play on big stakes if they get a win, but then if they win from that big stake then the casinos seem to say they shouldn’t have played on that stake as they can’t afford it etc then don’t pay out, for me personally a have started to give them all a wide birth and stopped watching the streams etc as they don’t really seem relevant to UK players anymore ( bonus buys all night and for a UK player if we get a shit bonus we just have to what for the next one) this is no way against hideous slots as a think Will is great at streaming etc but just less relevant to the UK market without bonus buys but also would like some others input on the online casinos a know for me and people a know( ones who don’t play online) they seem to all think it’s just a big scam and you can’t get a win online or your money out, what’s everyone else’s thoughts on this? p.s why is it just that the steam chat is just full of either other streamers and chat mods thought this was meant to be for people watching the stream now it’s just like a gang of chat mods and streamers so what’s the point in evening trying to chat (obviously other streamers just trying to get sign ups) please don’t take this the wrong way Will like a said a think you are a great streamer and a really enjoy your videos and a do know this is a business and you are here to make money

Although the UKGC do seem like a pain in the hole a lot of the time they offer the highest amount of player protection compared to licenses like Curacao. The best thing to do upon signing up at any Casino is to email support straight off the bat and ask to submit your KYC documents. If they say they’re not necessary yet, open the Terms and Conditions and search (Ctrl+F on Windows and Cmd+F on Mac) “documents” or “verification”. If there’s a threshold where documents are necessary, which there usually is, it will tell you in the T&Cs. That’s good for two reasons - 1. You’ll expect the email and expect the wait for the withdrawal but 2. If you’ve withdrawn £/€1,000 and the threshold is £/€2,000 and you’ve won quite a bit, you can place your withdrawal in two separate amounts, ensuring you get any money below the threshold before KYC checks, and then you just have a wait for the second part of it. SOW is trickier. My advice would be to always keep your documents in a file on your computer, so it’s just a few clicks when you are asked for them. If you’re someone who gambles regularly, a few times a week or more, then repeated deposits and withdrawals won’t stand in your favour. Players need to have the self control to be able to leave their balance for the next day in the account without worrying about spending it, as often it’s the amount in deposits that triggers SOW, rather than the PNL of the account. I do think the UK market is a difficult one - I was really quite annoyed when they took bonus buys away because I didn’t play too often, but when I did I loved buying bonuses even though I would buy them on a smaller stake. My only ask though is that no matter how frustrating it is no one turns to Curacao/Crypto casinos. I won’t sit here and say that no one ever gets paid out by those casinos, but many of them don’t allow UK players and it’s almost a guarantee that if you hit a big win and they find out you’re UK you’ll never get the money. I like the bonus buys on stream - like Will said, we all play for a bonus and no two person’s base play is the same either, so we all want to see what the bonus is like. But sometimes I prefer to see bonuses where you’re guaranteed a bonus, rather than the gamble ones where you could spin for a while and get nothing - €800 gone within about 5 mins on Vikings Unleashed last night! It’s nice to mix it up though, and Friday usually doesn’t have bonus buys and there’s not too many on a Sunday unless it’s been ages without a bonus. I know I’m biased, but I think Will does a good job of catering to everyone, especially with the 5 on 5s 🙂 A lot of people do also have complaints about the amount of mods in Will’s steam, and there probably are too many particularly given there’s no traction on Twitch, but each of the mods are incredibly supportive of Will both in and outside of the streams and I think it would be unfair to remove their spanner just because sometimes it seems there’s a lot of them. I would happily give mine up if I thought people would be less bothered by the amount but as I do some stuff behind the scenes I have to have it. Worth noting too all of the mods watched before becoming mods so they are people who watch, and so are other streamers although yes, some make some absolutely blatant attempts to self-promote. We’ve had profiles made 1 hour ago come into the stream to say they’re going to watch someone else, and it’s clear it’s the person or someone involved with them doing it - it is frustrating, but unfortunately if we delete those comments we give off the impression that we don’t support other streamers. @Angry Slots no one has ever thought you’re self promoting 🙂

This a tough one Colin. I do find the constant looming spectre of ‘account on hold. Verification required’ is bloody annoying and detrimental to game play. Bev and I play across three casinos The Grosvenor where we had our biggest online win payed out within 4 hrs no questions asked.But game selection is very limited.It is our go to land based casino as well and we have the facility to withdraw our online balance in the casino in Swansea so no issues here. Leo can be a pain they do ask for documentation quite regularly and conduct soft credit checks too. But usually 10 mins after withdrawals it’s in the bank.They’ve paid out a 2.5k withdrawal in 10 mins and asked for documents on £150 withdrawal which took 4days ! No consistency. Videoslots is our other and our experience here is pretty much the same as Charlie’s. Bonus buys , they’re not available to us so I don’t give them much thought.I like to watch Will buy them but I also cringe at the cost but I get the reasons why he does them. I Joined a certain casino 9 months ago and im up £2.5 K overall and ive banked £1000 and £1200 that went into my bank account within 10 minutes , so i have no complaints about any casino as im a gambler and i know the risks i take ,im losing at other casinos but thats gambling, as for the point on Will bonus buying outwith the UK , i am in the UK and glad they dont have bonus buys ,but Will is providing Free entertainment and the majority like the bonus buys and he and 2 jags are in the business to make it profitable and the more viewers the better .
