No one is interested in what you have to say. Literally no one. This is the problem with spending your time being an internet troll, you think people are trying to “cancel you” or silence you when in reality they just don’t want to listen to the extended rants of someone with a strangely personal agenda against someone they’ve never met. Freedom of speech is not freedom from the consequences of your speech. In your limited time on the forum you’ve said Will looks like an addict, called me a silly cow, called me fat, been rude to Charlie and Derek, made remarks about having a physical altercation with Will and now Chip, and called Low Stakes Slots “whoppers” for playing on low stakes. No one has the time or energy to read your deranged rants. You’re an adult. Act like one.3 points

Yeah I don’t like the withdrawal threshold checks. SOW is usually once you reach a much larger deposit threshold, and deposits & play will be stopped during a SOW check. KYC is due to AML laws, the same reason all casinos have a rule in place that deposits must be turned over (usually 1x) before withdrawal. I do feel whilst checking verification in line with money laundering, which holds up withdrawals, deposits should be stopped too. If it is so important to check I am who I say I am before I receive a withdrawal, you shouldn’t be prepared to accept my deposits either, in my opinion. There are casinos out there who allow you to submit documentation upon signing up, and there are casinos who can complete verification within an hour, as I’ve experienced both, and unfortunately now when people complain to me about the time wait for verification (unless it’s ridiculously long, like more than a week), or the threshold I just have to be harsh and say it is in the T&Cs, and that’s what they’re there for. I understand no one reads T&Cs, but that really isn’t the fault of the casino. They are there to be read, and they are agreed to upon sign up. And they are usually separated into different sections (Deposits, Withdrawals, Bonus, Verification etc) So if people read them, and choose not to sign up, fine. But if people don’t read them, the casino can’t be blamed.1 point

@Hideous what am really getting at is the whole experience for a casinos customer is shocking and people always cling onto the bad and share that experience with other users which is why a think a see quite a lot of people complaining or saying there being scammed etc, but if there is verification to be done it should be done at point of registration then it take this whole aspect away, me personally av not really had any issues with the casinos a use and always get fast withdrawals and find them quite fair etc but a have had one casino just block and close the account for no reason at all and no explanation As far as the bonus buys a do enjoy them and seeing the potential in games but like you said to the chances of me hitting a 5 scatter on games like San q when a do like 50 spins a month is pretty much zero lol but that’s clearly the way no limit have went with there games and am sure others will follow and do the same for the bonus buy market, and a do also understand the shift to the European market and where you are going to make money as a business a suppose for me personally a just find it a little bit rubbish as a have watched the streams for a long time but can’t do or play things that you play even though a would like to it’s just not going to happen but again not in your control, a do find all the other streamers in chat a bit odd it’s like they are just there so people will watch there channels which is a bit shitty of them to do that as they know your a business @Chloe av got no issues with the mods at all and am happy to chat to any of them including yourself in any stream it’s just other streamers a don’t get why they would be there, other than trying to gain viewers for there own channels but again just my own opinion anyways keep up the streams as a do enjoy them and will continue to watch like a always have and look forward to fridays hunt and let’s hope we can here some more BLOODY SMASHED IT MATE 👍👍1 point

Although the UKGC do seem like a pain in the hole a lot of the time they offer the highest amount of player protection compared to licenses like Curacao. The best thing to do upon signing up at any Casino is to email support straight off the bat and ask to submit your KYC documents. If they say they’re not necessary yet, open the Terms and Conditions and search (Ctrl+F on Windows and Cmd+F on Mac) “documents” or “verification”. If there’s a threshold where documents are necessary, which there usually is, it will tell you in the T&Cs. That’s good for two reasons - 1. You’ll expect the email and expect the wait for the withdrawal but 2. If you’ve withdrawn £/€1,000 and the threshold is £/€2,000 and you’ve won quite a bit, you can place your withdrawal in two separate amounts, ensuring you get any money below the threshold before KYC checks, and then you just have a wait for the second part of it. SOW is trickier. My advice would be to always keep your documents in a file on your computer, so it’s just a few clicks when you are asked for them. If you’re someone who gambles regularly, a few times a week or more, then repeated deposits and withdrawals won’t stand in your favour. Players need to have the self control to be able to leave their balance for the next day in the account without worrying about spending it, as often it’s the amount in deposits that triggers SOW, rather than the PNL of the account. I do think the UK market is a difficult one - I was really quite annoyed when they took bonus buys away because I didn’t play too often, but when I did I loved buying bonuses even though I would buy them on a smaller stake. My only ask though is that no matter how frustrating it is no one turns to Curacao/Crypto casinos. I won’t sit here and say that no one ever gets paid out by those casinos, but many of them don’t allow UK players and it’s almost a guarantee that if you hit a big win and they find out you’re UK you’ll never get the money. I like the bonus buys on stream - like Will said, we all play for a bonus and no two person’s base play is the same either, so we all want to see what the bonus is like. But sometimes I prefer to see bonuses where you’re guaranteed a bonus, rather than the gamble ones where you could spin for a while and get nothing - €800 gone within about 5 mins on Vikings Unleashed last night! It’s nice to mix it up though, and Friday usually doesn’t have bonus buys and there’s not too many on a Sunday unless it’s been ages without a bonus. I know I’m biased, but I think Will does a good job of catering to everyone, especially with the 5 on 5s 🙂 A lot of people do also have complaints about the amount of mods in Will’s steam, and there probably are too many particularly given there’s no traction on Twitch, but each of the mods are incredibly supportive of Will both in and outside of the streams and I think it would be unfair to remove their spanner just because sometimes it seems there’s a lot of them. I would happily give mine up if I thought people would be less bothered by the amount but as I do some stuff behind the scenes I have to have it. Worth noting too all of the mods watched before becoming mods so they are people who watch, and so are other streamers although yes, some make some absolutely blatant attempts to self-promote. We’ve had profiles made 1 hour ago come into the stream to say they’re going to watch someone else, and it’s clear it’s the person or someone involved with them doing it - it is frustrating, but unfortunately if we delete those comments we give off the impression that we don’t support other streamers. @Angry Slots no one has ever thought you’re self promoting 🙂1 point

Yours is a good community because it lets streamers (who are also viewers) & viewers mix freely, so communication is good & understanding of each other better, Please smack me down any time you feel I'm self-promoting btw, it's certainly not meant that way. 🤭 I simply find this forum to be the best people mix.1 point

@Colin m your topic sort of got hijacked by a troll but let's not ignore what you're saying here 😊 UK market is taking a hit because of regulation. Quality Casinos exist and hopefully will continue to exist within the UK. As they have to deal with the new rules it ultimately means they have to change the experience for players, but as @Charlieace points out, it's possible to have Big wins; it's possible to win and have the money withdrawn and to walk away. We have already taken steps to remove people from the chat who have an agenda of their own or who are there to self-promote. However, if anyone (streamer or otherwise) wants to be part of the stream or the community then they are welcome. We are moving into a structure for the live streams where Wednesday is Wills day 😂... Where I get to do what I like. Then Fridays is a bonus hunt some of which will be live, and Sunday is as always Slot Suggestion Sunday. We are always going to have a lot of people asking for bonus buys, and I will admit that some are less relevant to UK players as the chance of hitting them in normal play is very low (I'm thinking the big Nolimit buys). However, most of the other bonuses - when bought, are just like the bonuses you might land yourself. We are just providing a shortcut to the content you want to see. Regard it like Bandits videos if you will, where he pioneered cutting to the bonuses. Because most people are playing slots for the bonus, and we realise that it might land 1st spin or might land after 3 hours, the bonus itself is always very relevant to everyone watching. Remember we are trying to entertain 😊. Anyway, I know @Colin m is a long term viewer and his comments are meant with the best of intentions. It's important to keep everyone up to date with where we are at with the videos and streams. It's also worth noting that the changes ot UK regulation make it even more important for my business to target markets outside of the UK (despite me being English), as this will ensure that I can continue to provide the content 😊1 point

1500 spins with no bonus is anything but fun - that would certainly put me off ever playing it again. By the time you’ve put that much in, unless the base has played particularly well, you’re nearly always going to be disappointed with what the bonus gives.1 point
