For anyone interested, I won this at Kassu. I was a little nervous due to some bad reviews. I won this on Friday evening, they contacted me Saturday to do a full verification check. I sent everything back immediately, the contacted me again today asking for something additional. I have no problem with this at all, they need to do legal checks and due diligence. I’ve just checked and my winnings are now in my bank. I’ve got to say to turn around verification, and have my pay in my bank within 3 working days is really good. I can recommend them.

Hi Mate so what happens is they will reset the Slot they will contact the provider and they will check what the bonus actually paid. They will then credit your account with the funds. Ive had this happen on a few slots. Sometimes its quickly resolved but may take up to 28 days.
