The customer support don't help me only flattering me and do nothing about it. I do not recommend anybody to deposit here because your money will disappear and they will deny everything. The casino industry is a profitable one by nature, they don't need to blatantly steal your money and pretend they didn't receive it so I’m sure it will be resolved! When did you make the deposit, and how long has it been since that point? Live Chat support are rarely any help, but there's clearly been an issue with a system somewhere that has caused this. You'll need to send proof you have made your deposit, either through a screenshot of the transaction on your Bank/PayPal statement or however you made it, and send it to their support email - do you have any proof you made your deposit, and have you sent it to them?
