Darren Smith
Hi Has anyone had issues with withdrawals on eagle spins or any experince with it, When i first registered i used a debit card but on occasions i have used my mobile as a payment... however that debit card doesnt seem to be on there anymore i have a balance i wish to withdraw i am verified by them ive sent bank statement and proof address aswell as my driving licence... The issue im having is my balance is 502 and i need to make a deposit from my original card but its saying i have the maximum balance so i cant deposit or withdraw... Does anyone know how low i need to go in order to make a deposit so i can atleast withdraw some if not all the balance Or am i faced with having to play the whole balance before i can deposit I have emailed there support and provided photos of my cards that were registered and with paypal aswell but there doesnt appear to be an option for me to withdraw to PayPal Any help would be appriciated
Chloe
I don't think I fully understand - are they saying you have to re-add the card to make a withdrawal to it? Is this because they only allow one payment method per account and your mobile has replaced your debit card? I can't understand why you wouldn't be allowed to deposit any more just because you already have a balance - have you asked Live Chat about this? I think you should contact them and ask for the withdrawal to be made via Bank Transfer if they won't allow you to deposit anymore, but I haven't ever heard of a casino doing this. If you let me know more details on why they say you can't deposit, or why they say you need to deposit I'll try my best to help.
Hideous
There is no scenario in which you should have to make another deposit in order to make a withdrawal. Ask for a bank transfer.
Darren Smith
Hi will/chloe Ive attached screen shots of what happens when i try to withdraw or deposit, Im pretty sure i used my card on my original deposit method, But after i did that i used the mobile payment option, Im wondering if this has replaced my card option, Ive emailed eagle spins with the issue but they are very slow to respond, I will email them again once they respond to my original email and i will let you know what happens
Chloe
This is so strange, but I'm guessing by their information on the page it's a regular thing? I've never heard of a casino not allowing players to deposit if they already have a balance, and didn't know Eagle Spins did this. Let me know what they say when they get back to you please - I'm certain you will get the money, but this is definitely a strange way of processing withdrawals. Carver118
It's because you aren't verified, I had the same issue. Once you verify with ID etc then you can withdraw
Darren Smith
Hi will/chloe After many emails and having to re verify details i am now able to withdraw... It would appear that my mobile payment had replaced my original deposit method, So they allowed me to re deposit with my exisiting balance as i point blank refused to play through 500 pound just to deposit , Seemed a very complicated process in the end but all resloved, Thankyou for the help was much appriciated
