Carver118
Hi, I recently took a random 50% deposit bonus I was offered on a white hat casino and ended up winning just over £1500. I withdrew it but it was rejected and the money confiscated as apparently I breached the terms of the bonus by gambling more than £5 on a lightning roulette spin. Obviously I'm gutted about this as I didn't know there was a max stake limit on roulette and there was no warning message or anything when I placed the bets. Has anyone had this on white hat before? I want to try and escalate it as its a decent amount of money and it was certainly not clear that there was a max limit. I just don't know whether its worth fighting over or whether they will just say its in the bonus t&c so tough luck! Thanks
Abatters
Unfortunately I think you’ll find they are right. T&C’s will state it and they will say you should have read those. I feel for you 😞
Chloe
Yeah, I don’t think it would be worthwhile pursuing it any further. You’ll find that as long as it’s in Bonus T&Cs any third party dispute resolution will say it’s up to you to check those T&Cs before accepting a bonus. Sorry, that sucks.
