Wins are achieved in Twisted Sister by matching 5 or more symbols, provided they are touching horizontally or vertically, paying for 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10+, 15+, 20+ and 25+. There are four low paying symbols, each a different piece of merch: the blue LP and the purple badge pay 20x bet for 25+, and the green record sleeve and pink pick pay 30x bet and 40x bet respectively, again for 25+.
There is a Twister Sister Mega Band symbol, with all band members present on it, which pays 50x bet for 25+ and features in the bonus. Individual band members also have their own symbols, featuring Dee Snider, Jay Jay French, Eddie “Fingers” Ojeda, Mark “The Animal” Mendoza and Anthony “A. J.” Pero. Band members pay between 100x bet and 150x bet, with Dee Snider paying a whopping 250x bet, all for 25+.
This slot has not one, but two wild symbols also present; a standard wild symbol, and a Wild Scatter in the form of Angry Dad. There is also the opportunity to win a massive 4500x bet.
The standard wild will substitute for all symbols within this slot, except the Wild Scatter. The Wild Scatter substitutes for all symbols, and can also be collected to trigger the bonus, appropriately named We’re Not Gonna Take It.
The slot features a Guitar Charge Meter, and each winning band member symbol fills the meter by 1. The Guitar can hold up to 15 charges, and is always active, even during the Free Spin round. For every five charges on the meter, a Band Feature activates at the end of your spin. The Feature given is random, and a random band member symbol is chosen for the feature. If the grid contains no band member symbols, a merchandise symbol will be used for the Band Feature.
The Band Features are: SCREAM, which destroys all surrounding non band member symbols around the chosen symbol, GO WILD, which transforms all of the selected symbol into a wild, and UNITE, which transforms symbols into the chosen symbol. A Band Feature being used of course drops your charge meter by five.
Four of the Angry Dad Wild Scatters activate We’re Not Gonna Take It, and each additional Wild Scatter adds to the Anger Meter, raising the win multiplier by 1. The multiplier is fixed when you trigger We’re Not Gonna Take It, and will remain active through the free round. On a non winning round, two Angry Dads can be added as a second chance.
The Bonus on this slot can seem confusing at first, but that’s probably because you’ll be distracted by the music, understandably. During We’re Not Gonna Take It, a Mega Band symbols appears, moving towards an Angry Dad until they are adjacent, at which point the Angry Dad Wild Scatter will be removed from the grid. The Free Round concludes when all Angry Dads have been removed, with the Mega Band symbol also being removed with the final Angry Dad. The Mega Band Symbol and Angry Dad Wild Scatter do not drop down with cascades during the bonus. The guitar is active during the bonus, but the Mega Band symbol does not charge it.
