I'm surprised it's happened since you have such low limits, but there has been talk lately of new gambling regulations enforcing pre-emptive affordability checks or account closures, so it's disappointing that this might be taking place before the regulations are announced, especially in the way you've described with your limits already in place. These restrictions are designed to help people, but it doesn't sound like you had any issues with your gambling on these accounts. Sorry that happened - 5 years is quite extreme!

Hey - I can't see much detail in the short on YouTube as it's quite blurry so I can't really see what happened in the link they sent to you. Generally speaking, the UKGC or any licensing body will be more concerned with anything that they personally oversee - Terms and Conditions, KYC Procedures, Source of Wealth checks, things like that.
