4 Kidneys? Yes I have 4!

I lead a very exciting life (2 differing chronic illnesses make it so!) and as a member of the Young Adult Kidney Group I actively engage in supporting young adults through the renal/kidney disease saga they will endure. I'm also hoping to raise awareness of this awful chronic condition through Twitch streaming (twitch.tv/yakg).
