“Top priority” haha that old chestnut. What should work is for you to provide an old bank statement. If you can go back in your online banking to find a statement from when you had the card pre-expiry, you should be able to provide it to them along with a note explaining that you no longer have access to your expired card (due to instructions from your bank to destroy an expired card upon receiving your new card). Banks vary, but you might get lucky and find that your old statement has the last 4 digits of the old card underneath one of the transactions, so keep an eye out for that. However, even if it doesn’t, I would make sure to let them know that you are providing the statement so they can match the VISA payment on your statement against the appropriate dates, which really should be sufficient considering your bank will have your full name & address. In the meantime, I’ll see if there’s anything I can do, but try what I’ve suggested and see if it helps

Hi Sarah. Yeah, usually when they say they don’t need documents it’s because you haven’t reached the threshold for the documentation yet. I find it very annoying, but there’s a few casinos out there that allow you to verify yourself immediately which is good. Just to make sure I understand, have you had your debit card replaced because it expired, but presumably you had made previous payments with it before its expiry, and now the Casino are asking you to verify it? I also take it you don’t have the old card anymore? Casinos should be implementing card checks to ensure people are using their own payment methods, so considering you’ve verified the new card that’s associated with the same account, that should be enough. That’s without considering the screenshot you’ve said you provided. Can you tell me which Casino it is and I can have a look into it for you?

I've never been asked for a Source of Funds, so haven't really had the full experience but I have seen a lot of complaints online. However, I feel quite strongly that since SOW is intended to ensure players are gambling responsibly, and are using their own funds (in line with AML Regulations) they should not be allowed to deposit whilst undergoing these checks. There are some casinos that actually have written within their terms and conditions that once you pass a withdrawal threshold you can be asked for extra details and verification, so it's very easy for them to trigger these checks upon requesting withdrawals, so I think they should be able to trigger them upon a deposit, and decline the deposit until these checks are made. They can't check everything at sign up, but there are a few things they do check (more on that here), but I definitely feel like they could trigger their checks upon a deposit threshold instead, and freeze the entire account to conduct them. A further benefit to this is that players will know as they approach that target and be prepared with their documentation, and know that they may have a long wait ahead, whereas we never know when we will pass a withdrawal threshold. I'm not entirely sure why the UKGC allow casinos to continue to accept deposits whilst running checks to be honest. If a casino needs to run a check to make confirmations, all financial transactions should cease. I think so anyway. Finding a casino that agrees with me is a different story, though.

Withdrawals fees are allowed. They may be higher than other casinos, or too high for some to consider reasonable, but it is perfectly legal to have them and we outline those withdrawal fees at the top of the Casino Review, so anyone signing up from here has been warned about those. It's unfortunate, but Casinos readily available in the UK is shrinking due to the UKGC. You yourself have said that you were able to cash out, despite considering the wait a big long, but there are other casinos that players struggle to get very small withdrawals from. Regarding having a quick spin option or the ability to cancel a withdrawal, those options should not be there, and I’ll certainly get Will to check why those options were available to you as they shouldn’t have been. Yeah this happened a while ago to two different streamers on Jammin' Jars. Push Gaming's response said the odds of it happening were roughly 1 in 1.3 million, but it can happen. What actually happens visually on your slot spin is completely irrelevant to the maths behind it. I know we joke about "near misses" but whether you're one symbol away from jackpot or 10 symbols away, the maths still says you didn't win it. When you take a spin on a slot the Random Number Generator generates your number (result) and the symbols just fall into place to represent the amount you've won. Thinking about it like that tends to take a lot of the fun out of it for most people though. In games like Goonies we've probably seen the same wins before, especially with the key triggers, but with only 15 spots on the board it probably isn't as noticeable to us and probably isn't a very big win to be etched into our memories. But probably everyone that has played goonies has triggered the Win Spin from the Green Key and had 9 top symbols on the first 3 reels, and we probably haven't paid attention to what falls on the last two, but only so many combinations are possible in those 6 spots. I noticed in a stream a few weeks ago that 3 different people told me they had won 3,000x in the base game of Primal, which I've had before, and that it was exactly 3,000x and all of us got it in the same way. One of the photos is actually in the gallery, and although mine was so long ago I can't remember, I'm fairly certain it's the same win, or at least extremely similar. There's just only so many combinations, even with Megaways, and they will be repeated, we just don't expect them to be repeated back to us

Yeah 2.49% with a minimum of 2.99 and a max of 19.99. I think it’s a bit tight personally, but I did used to pay 2.50 for withdrawals on Videoslots, although they give the first one free daily and it’s nowhere near as bad as 19.99. I think even if one is free it softens the blow a bit. I try to include things like this in all the Casino Reviews because I know it can put players off so even if you don’t want to use the links but you plan to play at a Casino listed on this site there’s an info box at the top of all the reviews with fees, payment methods and support times so it’s always helpful to have a look. Aside from that I know most Casinos have FAQs nowadays and Withdrawal Qs are usually there and it will normally notify you of fees so it’s good to check those first too. I’m hoping moving forward things like this will have to be clearly displayed on the Registration pages because even though I don’t really mind myself, I think it’s important for people to know.
