4, 5, 4, 3 rows respectively. Able to win in both directions, Goal strike offers 720 ways to
win, with a hit rate of 24.75%, making around every 4th spin a winner. With a minimum bet
of 0.2 and a maximum of 50, the max win is capped at 5000x the bet.

Extra features include the Wild Symbol, Rising Rewards Jackpot Feature, Free Spins
Multiplier, and Free Spins.

To win, players must land 3 or more matching symbols adjacent to each other. As described
earlier, this can be in either direction, from the left most reel heading right, or the rightmost
reel heading left.

The basic symbols, from lowest to highest, are as follows – Clubs, Diamonds, Hearts, Spades,
Whistle, Cleats, Medal and Football shirt.

A Wild symbol is also present in the form of a flaming football and appears on reels 2, 3 & 4.
The Wild substitutes for all symbols except Free Spins, Scatter and Jackpot trigger symbols.

Rising Rewards Jackpot Feature

Now that we have an understanding on what symbols can appear during basic gameplay,
lets talk about the Rising Rewards Jackpot Feature.

As described earlier, the Jackpot Trigger symbol can appear on each reel and has a chance to
trigger the Rising Rewards Jackpot feature.

Above each reel column will be a corresponding jackpot value. Each Trigger symbol
collected without triggering the feature increases that columns corresponding jackpot value
by 0.5x your bet.

Scaling with bets, the Jackpot values from lowest to highest are as follows – Mini (5x – 75x),
Minor (10x – 100x), Major (50x – 250x), Mega (200x – 1000x) and Ultra (1000x – 5000x)

Triggering the feature gives you a chance to spin the Jackpot Wheel, whatever the wheel
lands on awards the corresponding jackpot. Once a Jackpot is awarded, it resets.

Landing 4 out of 5 scatters builds up the Free Spins Multiplier, enhancing the Free Spins Bonus

Free Spins Feature and Multiplier

The free spins multiplier meter is show at the top right of the screen. Starting at 1x, the
multiplier meter can be increased by 0.5x up to a maximum of 10x during the base game by
landing exactly 4 of the 5 Free Spin Scatter symbols. When entering a free spin, the
multiplier can max out at 15x.

To trigger the free spins feature, players must land at least one Free Spin Scatter symbol on
every reel. Upon triggering, the feature starts with a free spin value of 4. Free Spin Scatter
symbols will either reward extra spins or increase the multiplier by 1x. Landing scatter
symbols during the spin itself have no affect. It is worth noting that the feature begins with
a minimum of 6 spins, despite it starting with a value of 4. Triggering the feature itself also
rewards 1x your bet.
All bets and ways played during the spin are equal to the bet that triggered the feature.
After a free spins feature is complete, this multiplier is reset back to 1x.

First Impression

Goal Strike is a enjoyable blend of classic footie and Slots. While the artwork and graphics
leave a lot to be desired, it gets the job done. The sound design is a little better, while no
football chants seem to be present, its dings, dongs & crowd cheers aren’t exactly an
earsore, and accompanied with the lower key electronic music makes longer play times at
bearable.

Goal Strike is pretty standard affair as far as online slots go. The variations in row numbers
on each reel is interesting, but as far as the extra features go, Goal Strike doesn’t do much
to push those goal posts. Does that make a bad game? Not necessarily, some people may
enjoy a sense of familiarity while playing, and football fans may find something to enjoy
here, but those looking for something truly exciting and groundbreaking, mechanically, may
want to stay on the bench.
